Tasks of an Association

  • Call the Nuture Harmony in Faith and Practice Harmony in faith and practice includes an appreciation for diversity. Harmony makes beauty out of differences.

  • Future Fellowship Among Churches, Church Leaders and Members Fellowship is a positive expression of mutual care and support. The Association is a family of churches that care for one another.

  • Call the Churches to be on a Mission The Association must challenge the churches to achieve the purpose for which they exist, both individually and together.

  • Provide Resources and Services to Churches and Leaders The Association is to be a network through which churches regularly give and receive assistance. Every church has something to share with another church.

  • Train, Develop and Encourage Church and Associational Workers The work of the church and the Association is important enough to justify training leaders. In fact, it demands it.
